TED HAYES

Ted Hayes, a seasoned professional, boasts a 22-year tenure as Vice President of Sales at Calico Precision Molding. As a Managing member and part owner, he's pivotal to the company's growth and fosters a family-like atmosphere. Ted's leadership emphasizes mentoring and collaboration, nurturing a high-performing team. He strategically manages sales, coordinating efforts with business strategies. Ted expands market presence, identifies customers, and collaborates on product development. His knack for building relationships drives Calico's growth. JOHN SOULLIERE

Since 2012, I've led Calico Precision Molding's APQP Team, ensuring top-notch quality standards. As VP of Engineering, I mentor teams to excel in custom molding. With over 30 years' experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, I specialize in product realization. I've developed assemblies across various industries, including Automotive and Aerospace. I'm passionate about innovation and profitability, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement. At Calico, attention to detail and trust are paramount. We prioritize proven systems and leverage technical leadership for mutual success with customers and our supply chain. Our ethos centers on enduring business growth through collaboration and innovation.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER


KEVIN ARNOLD

I'm Kevin Arnold, honored to serve as Quality Assurance Manager at Calico Precision Molding since 2016, holding a Bachelor's from the University of Northwestern Ohio. My role entails developing and maintaining stringent quality standards for our diverse product range. Alongside my dedicated team, we meticulously inspect products to ensure they meet company and industry criteria, are defect-free, and safe for use. Upholding seamless operation and uniformity is paramount. Working within our supportive team fosters a familial atmosphere, where collaboration ensures we meet and exceed quality goals. I'm dedicated to Calico's success, committed to maintaining our reputation for excellence through customer satisfaction-driven quality assurance.

STEVE BALBAUGH

With a career in plastic injection molding since 1995, I joined Calico as an Engineering Program Manager in 2013, holding a Mechanical Engineering degree from Kettering University. I thrive on devising innovative solutions, fostering a light and approachable work atmosphere while ensuring meticulous attention to detail. At Calico, we embrace challenges, assisting customers from part design to tooling and gaging solutions. Our collaborative engineering approach spans all program phases, prioritizing continuous improvement and exceeding expectations. MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER


STEVE OFFORD

As an Engineering Manufacturing Manager at Calico Precision Molding, LLC since 2015, I oversee the design, operation, and management of integrated systems to produce high-quality, cost-effective products.

I focus on researching new technologies and implementing automation to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.

By leveraging computer networks, robots, and other advanced tools, I optimize manufacturing cells to meet our quality, efficiency, and productivity goals. My efforts drive continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring Calico remains competitive in the ever-evolving technical landscape.

I am committed to supporting our growth and establishing Calico as a leader in specialized plastics manufacturing globally.

JEANNIE LLERA

My journey at Calico Precision Molding spans over 22 years, beginning with an entry-level position and culminating in my current role as Quality Supervisor. I take immense pride in every step of this journey, and it's a testament to my passion for the work we do at Calico.

From my very first day at Calico, I knew I had found a place where I could thrive. Over the years, I've worked diligently and climbed the career ladder through a series of promotions. Today, as the Quality Supervisor, I have the privilege of overseeing and ensuring that Calico consistently meets its requirements for providing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

What fuels my dedication is not just my love for the company but also my incredible team of quality control inspectors. Working with them, mentoring them, and developing their skills to maintain our commitment to quality excellence is a source of great satisfaction for me. Together, we ensure that Calico's products not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

MUHAMED CEJVANOVIC

For 22 years, I've proudly served as a Production Supervisor at Calico Precision Molding, a leading plastic injection molding company. 

My journey has been defined by my dedication and expertise in processing a diverse range of plastic products across various injection molding machines.  My proudest achievement lies in my proficiency in handling a wide variety of products, from precision components to industrial parts, ensuring optimal production efficiency.

One of the defining aspects of my career has been my ability to adapt to change.  As a Production Supervisor, I've played a pivotal role in implementing new techniques and processes to ensure we maintain our competitive edge.

This autobiography is a tribute to the values of dedication, continuous improvement, and a passion for excellence that have guided my career at Calico Precision Molding for over two decades.

For 17 years, I've served as an Administration Supervisor at Calico, overseeing Human Resources and fostering a nurturing environment. I'm Muhammad Shoaib, a Quality Manufacturing Engineer at Calico Precision Molding. My manufacturing quality engineering journey is filled with impactful challenges and opportunities.

I'm driven by continuous improvement, identifying strengths and weaknesses to enhance efficiency. With a degree from Indiana Institution of Technology and over 35 years of experience, I take pride in contributing to Calico's success. Resolving manufacturing issues with my team is a priority; we're a unified force striving for excellence.
